Raphos Teams Connector
Send and receive Microsoft Teams messages directly from Synera workflows.
The Raphos Teams Connector plugs Synera straight into Microsoft Teams. From inside a workflow you can send and receive messages — to individual chats or to channels — so the people who care about a run are kept in the loop automatically, with no one having to watch the canvas.
It turns Teams into both an output and an input for automation: push notifications and reports out as work completes, and let incoming messages or newly-ready files trigger the next run.
Teams in your workflow
Authenticate once, then read and write Teams messages as ordinary workflow steps. Messages can stream in live, so a workflow can react the moment something is posted.
- Send messages to user chats or Teams channels.
- Read and stream incoming messages without polling or refreshing.
- Read and write files to a shared drive, and reply to existing posts.
- Trigger a new run when a chat or channel message arrives.
Keep people and pipelines in sync
Long-running engineering tasks shouldn’t need babysitting. The connector lets a workflow tell the right people what’s happening — and react to what they send back.
- Get notified the moment a simulation or analysis completes.
- Share reports and results with stakeholders automatically.
- Notify your team on the progress of an analysis.
- Trigger a new run when upstream files are ready.
